Larks sign Bath City prospects
Larks have signed Bath City Academy duo Owen Pritchard (midfielder) and Tresor Mabika (defender) on dual registration.
Director of Football Andy Gilbert expressed his thanks to Bath City manager Darren Way and Academy manager James Moon for their cooperation:
“Thanks to Darren and James for their support in allowing us to take a couple of players on dual registration — both are exciting prospects.”
Following the recent departure of Matt Bowman to Bath City, this agreement brings some valuable extra depth to Ollie Price’s squad.
Owen Pritchard is a dynamic, all-action midfielder, comfortable using both feet and possessing a keen eye for goal. A product of the Newport Academy, he brings energy and composure to the heart of midfield — qualities that Ollie and Larks fans will be eager to see in action. Owen was named Manager’s Player of the Year last season.
Tresor Mabika, a defender, also joins the Larks setup. Described by Gilbert as a “powerful and athletic defender who excels at right-back or right wing-back,” Tresor is a former Bristol City Academy player. At just 17 years old, he already demonstrates leadership and maturity beyond his years.
All in all, very encouraging news for the upcoming games!
