A message from Matt Bowman

Following his recent move from Larkhall Athletic to Bath City, Matt Bowman has shared a heartfelt letter to the club:

Dear All, 

Following my recent transfer to Bath City FC, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone at The Larks. It has been an incredible experience being part of this club since my arrival in the Bath area.  I am truly thankful for the support, friendship, and encouragement I have received from everyone associated with the club.

My sincere thanks to the Chairman (Paul Rankin) and the Manager (Ollie Price) for the initial introduction to Bath City and their understanding and open exchanges throughout the process. The decision to move from the club was not easy, however it was an opportunity to make a step up and align with my football objective since my Academy years in Switzerland.

This season I have again been pleased to play a part in helping both the 1st Team and the Devs be well placed in their respective tables, and thank the staff and my teammates for all we have shared together.  I sincerely hope the winning ways continue for the teams and all concerned with the club.

Larkhall Athletic is a special club with kind people that always expressed a warm welcome to me, my Swiss & UK family members and friends, and I look forward to visiting soon to support the team(s)
