FA Trophy update

Since we beat Didcot Town in the Preliminary Round of the FA Trophy our progress has been impeded by a number of obstacles.

Originally scheduled to play Willand Rovers in the 1st Qualifying Round, our tie was switched to Paulton Rovers on Tuesday, who were reinstated in the competition after Willand were found to have fielded an ineligible player in the last round.

We drew 1-1 with Paulton thanks to a Lewis Powell penalty, and the replay is at home this coming Wednesday, 6th November, ko 7.45pm.

If we beat Paulton we will have to wait until 9th November earliest to find out who our opponents in the 2nd Qualifying Round will be. The tie will be away, for sure, probably during w/c 11th November.
