Cup fever!

The draws for the first few rounds of the FA Cup & FA Trophy have been made.

The Larks face a longer FA Cup journey than usual since we’ve drawn the short straw and have to play the extra-preliminary round. In that round we play newly-promoted Lymington Town at home, on 7th August. If we get through to the preliminary round we’ll be home again on 21st August, against the winner of the all Wessex League tie between Portland and Bournemouth Poppies.

For the FA Trophy we have another home draw: we play our Southern League friends Slimbridge in the second round qualifying on 9th October.

Please note that there are no replays in the Trophy. If scores are level at 90 minutes, there will be a penalty shoot-out. Get practising, Shaun!
